Parties

Craftores (“Craftores”, “we”), operator of the Rasel messaging platform (“Rasel”, “the Service”). License no. 23024, Syrian Arab Republic. Address: Damascus, Arnous Square, Arnous Tower, 4th floor. Contact: enterprise@raselsms.com; support@raselsms.com.

Service

Rasel provides multi-channel messaging tools and APIs (including SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email depending on account configuration). Service quality and destination availability vary by channel, network, message type, recipient availability, and account settings. Delivery performance is not guaranteed as a fixed percentage in these Terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, and comply with the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam policies. We may suspend or restrict access while investigating suspected abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

Fees and balances

Fees are charged according to your plan, wallet, or enterprise agreement. If an account is suspended for investigation, balances may be held. Outstanding message fees and charges remain payable. Remaining balances are handled according to the applicable contract and applicable law. Amounts clearly tied to proven fraud may be forfeited only where permitted by law and the written agreement.

Message content

Message content is processed to deliver messages, provide status and troubleshooting, meet security and abuse-prevention needs, and comply with law. We do not sell message content. We do not use message content for advertising. We do not use message content to train public or general-purpose AI models without your explicit written consent. Access is limited to personnel and systems with an operational need. Content is retained for the shortest period needed for delivery, support, security, billing disputes, and legal obligations. Enterprise customers may agree different retention terms in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Craftores is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party network failures, or Meta / operator approval timelines outside our control.

Governing law

Laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and any written enterprise agreement between the parties.
