Data we process
Account data (name, email, phone, company), billing and wallet records, message metadata (destination, channel, status, timestamps), message content required for delivery and support, technical logs, and support tickets.
Purposes
Provide and secure the Service, bill usage, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
Retention
Retained as long as needed for the account relationship, security, billing disputes, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized. Enterprise agreements may set specific retention periods.
Sharing
Processors that help us host, deliver, or secure the Service (see Subprocessors). Authorities when legally required. No sale of message content.
